Our team consists of professionally certified coaches with expert and executive backgrounds in a wide range of sectors, united by their commitment to service, ethics and care.

Our co-founders bring a wealth of combined experience in leading organisations across both the corporate and non-profit sectors. 

  • Wilson Li (ICF PCC) is a highly experienced executive and leadership coach, with a career background in the energy sector and professional expertise in marketing and organisational development.

  • Jean-Pierre Adamson (FCCT, EMCC EIA) is an experienced teacher and educational leader, with a deep interest in culture transformation, team coaching and systemic organisational development.

    Book a discovery call with one of our co-founders, who will get to know more about what you or your organisation needs and how we can best support you.

  • Step 2

    Select coaches from our team bios, and take a chemistry check opportunity to find the perfect fit. We can offer coaching for individuals and teams in Mandarin, French, Cantonese or English.

  • Step 3

    Get coaching! Book a 6 session package and you and your chosen coach co-design your development journey, with sessions every 2-3 weeks.
